The Outside of Tigh na Locha
Tigh na Locha is the
left half of this well-appointed semi-detatched property. The owner,
Anne Skea, lives just next door - close at hand if you have any
questions.
At the rear of the property is a heated outside
room - purpose built for drying all your wet weather gear (no
need to dread putting-on soggy coats and boots the next day,
or worrying about messing-up the house).
The
house itself is well insulated - a cool retreat in summer,
a warm, cosy hide-away in winter
(don't forget, all heating
and electricity is included
in the price).
A gravel path gives a non-slip route from
the car parking to the house past the inviting well-tended garden.
This
view from the front bedroom shows the ample car parking and
the proximity to Loch Morar.
The
driveway (shown joining from the left) leads directly to the
road following the waters edge of Loch Morar. There is a small jetty
opposite the driveway.
